Licensing and intellectual property rights may limit what we can produce. If you’re unsure, ask us and we’ll help you understand the options.
What goes into the price of a custom print?
A quote can include materials such as PLA or PETG, printing time, electricity, machine running costs and maintenance, model preparation and slicing, setup and monitoring, an allowance for failed prints and material waste, finishing or assembly, and packaging and handling. We aim to keep prices fair and provide a quote before going ahead.
Can I send my own STL or 3D model?
Yes. Attach it to your email, along with the size, quantity and intended use. We’ll check the print requirements and any licensing restrictions before confirming what we can do.
Can I request a different colour?
We’re happy to discuss colour combinations. Let us know which model you’re interested in and your preferred colours, and we’ll check availability.
What should I include for an order enquiry?
Your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the question. If there’s an issue with a print, a clear photo can help us understand it.
